​What time will my order be delivered?

 

We cannot guarantee specific times for delivery. Our hauliers deliver anytime from 8am to 6pm.. 

 

I have received my order on a pallet, can I return this?

 

Our pallets are non-returnable; our hauliers are not able to take them back.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We always require secure payment in full before goods are despatched.

Can I return my goods if I do not like them?

You can return your goods for a full refund but you must do so at your own cost. We advise that any returns are booked with a reputable courier who offers insurance cover for the cost of the goods to be returned as we cannot issue a refund for damage or lost goods.

Can I get my goods delivered on a weekend?

At this moment in time we only offer delivery’s on weekday excluding public and bank holidays.

What happens if I order the wrong product by mistake and want to exchange it?

This is ok to do, these things happen, but the delivery and collection fees will have to be paid for by yourself, however if you discuss your requirements with us at the time of ordering, our experts will be able to guide you and help you order the correct goods.  Please telephone 01634 835290 for advice..

Do your prices include VAT?

VAT – currently at 20% is added and listed during check out. We can provide a VAT receipt upon request.
